KEY MEASURES

• Separate legislative and executive arms of the National Assembly for Wales (replicating the Westminster Government/Parliament split) and re-distributed powers between the two arms.
• Enhanced legislative powers for the Assembly.
• Correction of some anomalies in the electoral system for the Assembly.

TERRITORIAL EXTENT

Applies only to Wales [but extends technically to England too].
