Scotland

The Secretary of State for Scotland encourages the people of Scotland to participate in the consultation of the Draft Legislative Programme.  This is a programme that has relevance to the whole of the United Kingdom with 14 out of the 18 Bills outlined in the Programme applying to Scotland. The Secretary of State will be writing to key Scottish stakeholders in civic, commercial and cultural Scotland to highlight the application of the Draft Legislative Programme to their areas of interest.
