Thursday 10 December - Further legislation proposed for new system of MPs' allowances: Harriet Harman and Jack Straw today jointly confirmed Government plans to implement recommendations by Sir Christopher Kelly, chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, on the reform of MPs' expenses and allowances.
