KEY MEASURES
- Would contain measures designed to ensure that the police, Security Service and courts have all the tools they require to tackle terrorism and bring perpetrators to justice.

During the passage of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005, the Government undertook to bring forward further counter terrorism legislation for pre-legislative scrutiny in the late autumn, followed by introduction in the Spring of 2006.
