2001 - 2003

Robin Cook (b. 1946) was Labour MP for Edinburgh Central in 1974-83, and for Livingston since 1983. In 1997-2001 he was foreign Secretary, and in 2001-03 was Leader of the House of Commons and president of the council.


Mr Cook sadly passed away on Saturday 6 August 2005
